Care and Maintenance Guide

Periodic maintenance is recommended to achieve the best results and maximise the service life of spray on paving.

The service life of sealer is dependant on wear, tear and exposure. Routine maintenance by the homeowner is advised to aid the greatest possible service life.

The sealed surface should be washed with clean water to remove dirt deposits. Infrequent high pressure washing (below 1500psi) is permitted. Do not focus the pressure spray on any one area for prolonged periods. Excessive pressure washing may result in premature sealer wear.

Avoid contact with:

• Solvents - e.g. methylated spirits, turpentine, bleach etc.
• Petroleum based products
• Excessive leaf and dirt deposits

Any spillages should be removed ASAP with a clean rag.

Organic material (leaves, grass cuttings etc.) should be washed off as they may cause staining.
